We can all agree that exercise is important for a happier, healthier life! The Department of Health and Human Services recommends 150 minutes of aerobic exercise per week and strength training exercises for all major muscle groups at least two times a week. That averages to be about 30 minutes each day.
Now having said that, sometimes it's hard! It can be taxing and boring and tiring. But, for today, let's talk about one EASY remedy to that... well at least the boring part!:)
MUSIC!!!
Music actually distracts you from pain and fatigue, increases endurance, elevates mood, makes your efforts seem easier and may even promote metabolic efficiency. Why not add that to your exercise routine?!
